Just fair warning: Thrustmaster's will do the same thing. Amazing feel, but regular abuseOriginally posted by: SSP
The Logitech dual analogue stick game pads are defective. They lost calibration and eventually stop working. They of course don?t admit to it, even though everyone who sends in their POS controllers got another one with the same damn problem.
I saw them packaging these things in 2 packs for 20 bucks. Nice way to screw over people.

just a normal mouse, it may actually be even older
I think the implied meaning was 'may be older than 8 years old, having only had it for 8 years, and not having bought it off the shelf, or just forgotten'.Originally posted by: CheapArse

My Z-640's just died (kinda), but 10 minutes on the phone with Customer Support yesterday, and a new set is on its way.![]()

My z-560's have that annoying volume crackle but that did not start until I spilled pop on the conroller pod. It's not a big deal to me as I leave the volume set on the pod and use my logitech keyboard to adjust system volume. I guess since the speakers are 4 years old I can probably take apart the pod and clean the pot as they are probably out of warranty... but I'm too lazy to do that!
I actually just orderd a set of Klipsch promedia 2.1's so when those arrive (probably today) I am going to do some testing between speaker systems. I wanna see how the logitechs in 2.1 sound agains these klipsch to see what all the fuss is about...
