Isn't Logitech the ones who made all of the useless USB devices?

Like the aquarium?

Yeah, Logitech is defianlty a name I trust, none of there devices have ever broken on me, only time I had to replace them was when they became outdated

I  my z-560s and my mx700, but the KB in my MX duo died. :(

They sent me an LX DUO but that KB sucks in comparison.

My Z-640's just died (kinda), but 10 minutes on the phone with Customer Support yesterday, and a new set is on its way. :)

I dont know how it happened, he said he was using it, then he heard a popped, opened it and there was battery fluid coming out of the battery

I love their products, but I hate their drivers/software....they always seem buggy to me. Take their quickcam messenger, for example. The damn software would cause crashes inmy start menu and screw up wierd, random things. I was racking my brain trying to figure out what it was when another member somewhere on AT told me he'd heard of the software for the quickcam causing that.

Another example, while I love my MX Duo....it seems like some aspects of the iTouch and Mouseware software (keyboard OSD, middle mouse button, etc...) would just quit working. I've never had a problem with the middle mouse button without the drivers/software installed....very strange.

They make great input devices, but their speakers leave something to be desired.

I've been happily using the same set of Logitech speakers for four years now. Very happy with them. Sure there are better ones out there, but $80 to last me 4+ years isn't too shabby. They rival my sound system in my truck, but can't hold a candle to the one in my car (both are custom setups with subs, very thumpy :) ).

And I love my MX1000.

I just threw away a Logitech mouse because the left mouse button went bad. I couldn't drag anything anymore.
Microsoft mice are basically indestructible though.

 to you logitech!

They are criminals that perpetuated a huge ripoff of the public.

The logitech z560's had a huge problem. Whenever ya tried to turn up the volume it cracked like lightning bolts. After calling logitech a few times and gitting stupid questions like, "have you tried the head phone jack?" I searched google. I found about 200 different threads where people were having the same issue.

They agreed to rma my speakers. All I needed to do was cut out the control pod and mail it to them. I sent it with tracking, they said they didnt get it. USPS says they got it, logitech denies it. So I had to send a big ass subwoofer. They recieved it.

6 weeks later Im calling to find out where my speakers are. Well , they say, all the speakers in the warehouse have neen recalled as defective. They havent had any in a few months....

So if logitech had recalled all thier own stuff what were they still selling to the general public? Defective speakers, and they knew it.

It took 4 months to rma my speakers.

Screw logitech.

I go through a Logitech Mouse every year. The wear and tear of gaming takes its toll. I replaced my Logitech dual optical with an MX 510 recently as it was on its way out.

I got that MX duo wireless keyboard and mouse, it's been working great, I think in the 1 1/2 years we've had it, I've maybe changed the batteries in the keyboard maybe once.

I just posted a deal for logitech cordless ps2 controllers. I've only had them for about 4 hours but they seem pretty well made.

Agreed...I'm a huge fan of Logitech products. I have never had anything go wrong with any product I have purchased from them...even when I spilt water all over my keyboard, it still works flawlessly.
