Logitech Z-680's FTW.

Had a pair for 1.5 years, the sub died, gave em a call- Mailed the remote/pod, got a BRAND NEW SET 5 Days Later.

So I now have 10 Satellites + 2 Subs.

Logitech ROCKS. They have a loyal customer in me.

Logiotech, gets my vote whenever i want to buy anything keyboard/mouse related.

they have THE BEST HANDS DOWN customer service.

I wish I knew that a while back...the base wasn't connecting to the mouse correctly so it didn't charge when in the base...it's better now though, so I guess no big deal.

I just picked up a MS Natural Ergo 4000 though...my first fancy KB with all those extra buttons! Only complaint so far is that the keys are quite "tight", especially the spacebar. we'll see.

I hate the base stations though...I've owned an MX1000 and MX700, and on both of them after a few months it became really hard to get it to charge.

A while back my friend was having trouble with his Logitech z-xxx speakers so he called them up. Since they no longer manufactured his brand, they gave him the brand new THX certified 5.1 surround system for free!

How can any one have a problem with the MX1000 charging bay????

ultra sweet. They sent me a new wireless keyboard/mouse combo set after the older gen I had, one of the keys got pretty funky. They sent me a new webcam, after 2-3 years of using it and I had difficulty installing drivers, they just sent a new one.

SWEEET!!! they just sent me a brand new MX3000 keyboard and mouse set after i bullsh!tted to them that my mouse was defective. woot!

Don't pull that crap man, stuff like that is going to cause them to stop their generosity.

My keyboard on my MX Duo broke last night, this is a perfectly timed thread! I was going to just go out and lay down $100!

why is it all of you got equivalent or upgrade when you had something break 🙁

my old mouse (mx700), part of an mx duo, stopped charging properly last fall (or last summer maybe?). i called them, they said that they'd send out a replacement. i got a crappy keyboard/mouse combo that is worth nothing to me, since the quality is horrible. i called them about it, they basically said that they'd make a note of it, but that was all they'd do.

so... i ended up buying an mx1000.
