I have a cordless desktop that I havent used for a while and as I now have a shuttle system as a divx / game box I thought I would put it to good use. Unfortunately when I went to hook it up again I couldnt find the receiver. Feeling pretty peeved I decided to send a quick e-mail last tuesday to logitech to see if I could buy a replacement sender, just come home for lunch today and they have sent a brand new replacement free of charge all the way from switzerland - now thats what I call good customer service.
