I have a cordless desktop that I havent used for a while and as I now have a shuttle system as a divx / game box I thought I would put it to good use. Unfortunately when I went to hook it up again I couldnt find the receiver. Feeling pretty peeved I decided to send a quick e-mail last tuesday to logitech to see if I could buy a replacement sender, just come home for lunch today and they have sent a brand new replacement free of charge all the way from switzerland - now thats what I call good customer service.
 
Very nice... they support their customers good in that respect... but why does Mouseware suck SO much?

P.S. I wonder if I could get new stuff traded to me on my cordless stuff just because I cannot stand cordless desktop things.

i have been trying to get a replacement reciver for quite some time and have always been regected.

On the slightly negative side... the feet from my mouseman dual optical keep falling off, so I called them up, and they said they would send me a replacement set of feet free... GOOD! but... it's been over a month and 1/2 and I haven't gotten them yet... BAD! I gotta give them another call.... Not toll free btw.
