So 4-5 years ago, I had an issue where my G5 cable was fraying a little (it was that shield wrapped kind), but worked perfectly fine. So Logitech sends me a brand new G5, never asking for the old one back.

I get a G700, and the battery only lasts 3-4 hours, and they send me a brand new G700 unit out, not asking for the old one back.

One of the few vendors who have stayed awesome over the years, and will always get my $$$ for their peripherals.

One of a select few brands whom I would recommend to anyone, sight unseen. Whenever one of my buddies asks me a good mouse or keyboard to get. I just say "find a logitech that you like"

I still buy only their keyboards and mice for our work computers

That said I *did* just buy a microsoft sidewinder X4 keyboard. It fit my specific wants better, and was cheaper. Logitech has plenty of wireless or ergonomic keyboards, but I wanted a backlit, wired, standard height (sidewinder isn't full height keys, but closer than most "slim" boards), with media buttons. I didn't care about the macro keys before but they're growing on me

I've had three different price point sets of computer speakers of theirs, been very happy with all of them, bought a couple sets for my brothers too. Love my G9, and sold my brother and sister on them too.

I've been trying to get a poly com soft phone working through my firewall for a few days. Finally decided to try some software from Logitech. More expensive but worked on the first try.

I don't touch the ergo stuff oddly, always been curious though.

I just picked up two K700's, one for home and work, love them...I was skeptical about moving away from my G5, but this thing is a world better.

With that working so well, I got a K750 (solar rechargeable wireless keyboard), and a gaming headset, the G930 which has been working flawlessly. It all works GREAT gaming.

If only they had a reasonable alternative to the MS Natural 4000. Alas, their "ergo" stuff sucks ass.
:(

Oh god I miss my G5 mouse. Stuck with an Evoluent VerticalMouse4 now.

What good (elective?) surgery is available that will adapt my hand and wrist to using a mouse? :'(

And where is our direct neural link technology? All the engineers and scientists working on it probably got carpal tunnel syndrome and had to quit.

I have a red MX518 from ages ago and another silver mx518 that I found new at a goodwill about 6 months ago.

The old one is probably 6 years old now. If not more. Still works as good as new!

My MX518 just died (RIP) and I got the direct replacement, G400. I can't tell you how many times that MX518 was thrown at the wall before it finally stopped right clicking. Anyways, I always use and recommend Logitech. I have a G400 mouse, Extreme 3D Pro flight stick, G35 Gaming headset

Logitech is pretty great. I have a portable wireless mouse that I got from them ~5 years ago and it's going strong. Changed the batteries a grand total of 3 times I think.

Work got me a G9X a little while back and it's awesome; best desktop mouse I've used so far.

Sure, a company with great service and I've never needed to use it. My mouse and speakers are bullet-proof, they never die no matter what torture I put them through.

I'd say that's a sign of a superior product.

Yeah, but when I have a product go bad I want it to be from a company with good service. It's not helpful when the products that can get replaced easily go on forever and the ones that can't get replaced die regularly.

I <3 my microsoft sidewinder and split keyboard. They replaced my mouse when it was almost 3 years old after it started double clicking on single clicks. I assume logitech would be at least as good for the keyboard, but my mouse fits my hand perfectly with the thumb buttons just right so I'm glad I didn't have to find a new one.

I totally agree with you...I've only bought Logitech mice for over a decade now. The scroll wheel just stopped working on my current one so we'll see how it goes!

Many years ago I spent $200 on half-price Logitech Z680 speakers and finally hooked it up about ten months later. I didn't connect it to a DTS/DD source for another month and then discovered that some channels don't work. Thought it was the source because they worked in analog mode, so I spent a few weeks before confirming that it wasn't the source. It was the weekend so I had to wait until a weekday to call them and they told me that I was ONE DAY outside of my warranty, refusing to help even though I had to diagnose it first.

I looked online and saw that it was a common problem and that they were just trying to wash their hands of it. They offered me the Z5500 speakers for $200, which means that I would have spent the full $400 price anyway.
Screw them.

I also have a great experience with Logitech. I believe it was the G5 that had the wire being damaged. After I sent some pictures to them of the mouse, they sent me a new G500 that I use. I think the warranty even expired for about 3 or so months but they still sent me the mouse. Very nice service.

I am using the G500 and really like it.

Logitech seems to be taking over my house lol.

G700, K320, G19, G27, Z-5500, Harmony One, two G9's and a Dinovo mini controller on it's way.

Have had 0 problems with any of their products, but hopefully if I do they'll make it right. Seem to make great gaming products at an affordable price. I used to use MS, but after my 3rd Intelli 3.0 died, it was time to move on.

I can't forgive Logitech for discontinuing the Trackman Marble FX. So awesome. I have no idea where mine is. :(

I have a whole set of Logitech peripherals: G5, G15 and G25, as well as Z623 speakers. :)
I love the G5 and G15, but G25 has some minor issues. I also had Logitech Momo black wheek that also had some problems after a year (power adapter for Force Feedback failed...).

Meh. When I bought my speakers there was a huge defect/ Logitech denied it so I sent like 30 links to different forums and they finally agreed to rma my speakers.

I shipped the pod with tracking and signature confirmation. I recieved the signature card and after about a month I called to see what was happening. They said they never recieved it even though it had been signed for. They made me ship the subwoofer. This time as soon as I got the confirmation I called to make sure they actually got it.

A month passed by again so I called to find out where my speakers were. The lady explained that there was some defect that had to fixed so they had no stock. They would ship as soon as they got more in.

It took 5 months to RMA my speakers with Logitech. Ive had 3 other good experiences but that one has soured me on that company.
