Hmm maybe I should test my G700's batteries. I always leave it tethered!

i always liked logitech designs but they werent as high quality as microsoft stuff. the pads always come off the bottom of their mice

I agree. Also, I had an MX Revolution, and it didn't take long before the "free spinning" wheel began to jam and catch, making scrolling difficult.

They also had serious problems with potentiometers in joysticks, making them impossible to calibrate eventually.

Also they have a habbit of abandoning fairly recent products, not providing drivers when a new version of Windows comes out. I've had to throw away quite a few perfectly working Logitech webcams...

I just with Logitech would step up their mechanical keyboard game. I love my G700, but I have no battery issues because I use it wired for the "pro-gaming" skills.

Logitech even has a flawless sensor mouse in the g400. The rest of their mice all have flawed sensors.

I did not have the same luck with support when my g7 stopped communicating properly. They had already moved their models on and it was out of warranty, their was no repair option at all.

So... Did it help? The battery on mine seems to die a lot quicker than it should.

The battery in the G700 is just a rechargeable battery. I have 2 of them myself.

The mouse does rock though. I have one for my desktop and one for my laptop. I wish the click was a little better but I've gotten used to it. I have like 5 or 6 logitech devices and used to have their speakers. Never an issue with their product.

My dad still has the old MX Revolution (came with a mouse that charged on the stand). Still works to this day.

I love Logitech. Too bad they don't release new models of their surround speakers.

Oh god I miss my G5 mouse. Stuck with an Evoluent VerticalMouse4 now.

What good (elective?) surgery is available that will adapt my hand and wrist to using a mouse? :'(

And where is our direct neural link technology? All the engineers and scientists working on it probably got carpal tunnel syndrome and had to quit.

I stocked up on MS Natural 4000's on Newegg's last sale. They used to go on sale for like $20 often. Now they go on sale maybe once a year. I thought MS stopped making them at one point, but they're still on the product page, which is a relief since all of their newer ergo keyboards suck ass too.

There's absolutely nothing, imho, as good as an MS Natural keyboard in terms of ergonomic keyboards out there. They have their flaws in terms of usage, but as far as ergonomics, they're the ONLY keyboard that is worth its weight in gold.

Hopefully they'll go on sale again soon so I can buy a couple more for my closet.
