Dude I'm not crapping on you for what you're doing but calling this guy a stalker, raper, and killer is a little extreme. I agree with what you're doing and how you're protecting your girl (all the more power to you) but degrading this guy first by rationalizing his actions as the result of his ethnicity then by using criminal terms to describe him, well I seriously question your people skills. Damn it I'm not trying to make this a race issue. If you want to go through the rest of your life judging mexicans and hispanics because of your traumatic experience fine, that's your decision. Note I never said anything about race in my initial post.

What I'm pissed about is that you're calling this guy a stalker, rapist, and killer. It's people like you that make lawyers rich because those terms have no meaning anymore, people get all desensitized to this criminal sh1t because the words get tossed around to freely. Despite what some of you blowhards believe, I actually have the ability to use logic in my conscious thought. I made an obvservation and a connection. Nothing more. But from initial post, your GF has no case. These SH laws should be taken off the books IMO. Just an excuse for people to sue and ruin other people's businesses.

Heh, it does seem to happen a good deal, I know where I used to work we had a dishb1tch who would constantly walk by one of our waitresses (he was like 17 she was 19 tops) and rub against her and get really close, I asked her on several occassions if it was becoming a problem and she kept saying no, hes just an annoyance, so then he started grabbing her ass, and I mean REALLY grabbing her ass (wont go into detail exactly but it wasn't just putting his hand on her ass or anything).

So I walked over to her, said "hey, is it a problem yet?" she goes "yeah, I can't deal with that, I have to find a new job" I was like "hey look I will talk to him, give it a couple days" she agreed, and I cornered the guy, told him flat out, I EVER, EVER catch you doing that again you will have tolimp your way out of the back partking lot. He said "ok cool off man I wasnt serious".

Heh, so of course as I suspected, two days later wham, does it again, she's like on the brink of tears and I called him over to the door....he's looking at me with that "you cant touch me" look, and I said, you know what? we need to have another discussion....

While he didnt have to LIMP out of the parking lot, he sure as heck gained a newfound, and forcefull, respect for women that night

And not to condone violence or anything, but some people just don't understand talking about things, you have to burn them to make them understand not to stick their hand in certain places

Almost as much fun as the guy who caugh my elbow to the side of his head for being rude when some girls were body surfing at a local show last year
