Can you believe the odacity of Sprint? Terminating accounts that call customer service too often? :|

So instead of improving their customer service they are just sending out termination letters? WOW!

This is why Sprint will NEVER see my money and I feel bad that anyone has service with them. I really recommend that current customers do everything in their power to get out of their contract and go with a company who actually appreciates their customers.

If you are so unhappy with your service that you call customer service an average of 40 times a month, wouldn't you be happy that they released you from your contract?

While the original fault may have been Sprint's, anytime you can eliminate 1000 customers and get rid of 40,000 calls a month, it makes sense to do it. They were losing money on those customers. This is bad PR, but it won't hurt much, because most people think calling a company30 times a month is insane.

I wonder if someone who wants out of their contract will try this technique in the future.

moRe businesses should follow their lead. nothing wrong with telling a customer your business is not profitable.
