I love lobster but only when its just very slightly undercooked. If lobster is fully cooked in the pot, it quickly becomes overcooked sitting on the plate and then becomes tough.

Slightly undercooked lobster is safe to eat and is very moist and easy to cut and chew.

Warm butter on it makes it so delish.

Word. I don't understand the fascination with raw fish and seaweed. It can't possibly be good to eat raw fish!

Sushi is NEVER a choice for me... IMO it tastes disgusting. I would take a nice, medium-rare fillet mignon over fish any day. :)

All of you that think sushi is nothing but raw fish are losing out.

Spider and tempura rolls FTW!

Sushi is great because I can eat my fill and afterwards I don't feel full, which means I can engage in physical activity with out being uncomfortable...

I love all 3, but if i could only eat one thing for the rest of my life i'd pick sushi. The heaviness of the steak/lobster would get to me eventually.

Damn you for making me choose.

I chose sushi, but I can't pass up a good steak either. I just don't crave red meat, but I enjoy it every once in a while.
