175 proof is 100% alcohol, you can't go above that. (you calculate proof by divide of seven x 175)

I've several bottles of 200 proof right here in the lab.

tehcnically speaking, though, you can only expect it be around 98%, then down to 95% after repeated openings. shit is so dry, it sucks out all surrounding moisture super fast.
