beside ever clear, what other cheap rum or volka that can be lit on fire? I want to do a flamming raisin.
1. raisin
2. rum (i used the cheap $10 rum from bevmo), it does not light on fire
3. spring some brown sugar on the raisin.
4. light it on fire.
You know what is better than that?

100 wont light...you need 151 proof or higher. Most good liquor stores should stock 151 proof.
Not a fan of basic chemistry, are you?

Have you ever actually tried lighting 100 proof? It doesn't work unless you heat it on the stove first, and even then it doesn't always light.
yay another beer elitist thread. yawn
Bacardi 151 is fun for the experience. The burn is an interesting sensation.

The 190+ proof Everclear is an interesting sensation. We used to take shots of that; now that is a burn.
175 proof is 100% alcohol, you can't go above that. (you calculate proof by divide of seven x 175)

Quoted for FAIL.
I have a bottle of 200 proof sitting next to me
