the fireworks were in a crate with the lid shut and a spark jumped off the rocket and somehow got in the box after that year I started keeping them in a plastic cooler.


no one was hurt in this war but it did hurt my feelings to see all of my fire works go up in smoke

we use several things in the war. Saturn missile batteries, many types of artillery shells, and just about any type of multi-shot display. I made launchers for the artillery shells out of PVC pipe they look like guns. They have a pistol grip and they are pretty accurate when you get used to aiming them. We have been doing this every summer for the last 10 or more years with few injuries and alot of fun.

10 years of THAT and nobody died? or even got hurt badly, holy shit. Impressive & scary at the same time

Wow, I've had bottle rocket fights as a kid but never anything like that. No one ever got hurt, maybe a hole in a t-shirt or something. One year someone suggested using Roman Candles but the rest of us weren't that stupid.
