On August 30, 2008 I bought a Samsung 245BW from Circuit City. About 13 days later I noticed it had two dead pixels and a glitch where the right side of the monitor was mirrored on a bar across the screen (at the time I thought it was my graphics card). I called the store and they said they didn't have anymore and my only choice was to consult the manufacturer. So I did and after some arguing they agreed to ship a new one to my UPS store. Yesterday, I tried to return the Samsung monitor to CC but all they would do is exchange it. The LG W2452T has many problems like severe tearing, tons of noise/grain everywhere, and scanning lines running through the screen. I'm tired of exchanging and I want a refund! I keep on getting defective monitors from my CC and I should be able to return my LG since it was exchanged on 10-14-2008. It clearly states on the back of the receipt that I have a 14 day return policy. All they want to give me is store credit or exchanges. Not only that, but the manager started yelling at me. I miss CRT's since they won't so fragile.
