Little kid "keyed" my car ... what to do?!

We were joking around and she said she was gonna "key" my car. I figure she was gonna write it in with her finger since my car was dirty, but what do you know, she wrote out the damn words with the tool she was playing around with. i am super pissed off. you can't really make out the words, but you can see that it's there once you remove the dirt.

i dont know what to do now. I hope this other kid did it. She was with her friends along with this one boy who tries to show off by saying he had 2 motor scooters at home. Yea like I care since i have my own car. Anyways, what makes it tough is that the girl is my fiance's sister.

I didnt really think she was gonna do something like this. If it's the little boy (12 y/o) im going to have to sucker punch him or something.

Take a pic, kidnapp the kid, and find a willing tatoo artist . . .
