no way my kids are going to be like that. she's different from her siblings. her second sister (16) is married with a 5 months old. then her 14 y/o sister is hardly home, spending more time at her bfs house (he's 18), neglecting her chores. then you got the three rugrats 6-12.

Did you ask her (nicely) who keyed your car?
Base any decisions on that answer.

file an insurance claim. get estimates. get it fixed. give repair bill to parents. if they bitch, sue.

Of course this depends on your deductible. Also get estimate anyway. You would be surprised just how much this repair can cost.
ahhh crap ... deductible ... i thik it's like $500. if it aint more than that, then it's not worth it.

My deductible is $500. My door was caved-in by a drunk a few years ago. The repair bill came to $498.65 and my insurrance company refused to pay it. So I threatened to sue the guy that hit me if he didn't write a check immediately for the repair. He wrote it out after bitching a bit. He said it was too high. I told him to start writing or he will be too sore to go to work. He gave me the run-around for 2 months and I had had enough.
I didn't have the money to pay for it myself.

did it scratch into the paint or just clear coat? i've taken out light scratches that have barely gotten into the paint with a buffer. if it's just a clear coat scratch then a buffer will definitely take it out.
Pearl and metallic type paints are hard to match. Repainting a trunk lid would run ~300$ for a good job.

some of the letters are light and will prob come out with a buffer. the side of the "F" and "K" are heavily embedded into the paint.
I suggest you do everything mentioned so far.
Get an estimate and charge them, suing if they don't pay, then put 100 octane gas in the keyed, tire-slashed, and rigged-to-blow scooter, film it and post it on here, then kill both of them and kill yourself.
