Yep, I use mine all the time indoors. The only way to make a good stirfry since most ranges do not get anywhere near hot enough to do it up correctly.

Figured the 'do not use indoors' was just an ass covering measure.

I make stirfry on our gas stove and it gets plenty hot enough.

You have to have good airflow as charcoal releases carbon monoxide which is a bad thing in enclosed spaces. However, most kitchens have pretty good airflow.
