Pantera - Vulgar Display of Power
The Prodigy - The Fat of the Land
Garbage - Version 2.0 The self-titled debut is very close to perfection too.
UB40 - Promises and Lies
Nirvana - Unplugged in New York

I don't think there are perfect albums out there.
