I agree with almost all of the aforementioned movies (except se7en (was it spelled that way?)) - great movie, but I found the ending to be too disturbing to watch the movie repeatedly.

I'll add to the list:
Princess Bride
Caddyshack

Both worth watching >1 time a year.

Whoa, surprised someone mentioned that movie. A great one, BTW (absolutely hilarious), but just surprised someone mentioned it...

Yeah, When Harry Met Sally is right up there with my favorites. Watched it twice the first day I watched it. Billy Crystal proved he can act in that one. Really good script. Really good.

Other's on my current top 10 list:

The Fifth Element (uneven, but it's so over the top it doesn't matter at all)
The Philadelphia Story (fabulous script)
Little Dieter Needs to Fly (Wernor Herzog with Dieter Dengler - If you want harrowing, this is it and it's all true - sort of a documentary)
Almost Famous
Titanic
The Pianist
Unforgiven

I don't watch many movies as most don't impress me at all. Thus it is difficult for me to assign a 10 to any movie. I think only 3 that I've seen are close.

10: Far from home (not the more re... with Drew Barrymore).
10: The third version of The Blue ...the latest one sucked.
9: Forrest Gump. Not quite 10 worthy, but my 3rd favorite.

Edit: when did they start cutting links back? I meant to say: "not the more recent dog movie, but the older unrelated movie with Drew Barrymore". And "The Blue Lagoon. I haven't seen the first two and the latest one sucked."

Awesome, thanks for the great lists, I've got some great movies to "rent" on my Blockbuster 3-out-at-a-time rental thing. Sometimes I can "rent" up to 9 movies a day on a slow weekend.

As for my favorite movies not mentioned above, I'd like to add: The Game, Ferris Buehler's Day Off, Rocky, The Saint, Stargate, Willow
