My cousin. ARGH! I used to think she was all that, since she went to MIT and all. Now that I'm 17...and add the fact that she's been staying with us for the past 8 or so days, she's driving me nuts.
Since we're both Korean, I assume she'd know how to talk in a respectful manner to my mother. Instead, she treats her like fuggin child. My mom was there for her when she broke up with her only boyfriend. She comes here, she says we live like pigs. For heavens sake, you don't come up into someone's house and tell them that they're house is fit for pigs. Our house is not messy. We simply do not have the time to make it immaculate. Added to the fact we're kinda short on money and she's still a prick. She's insensitive.
Then she has the nerves to make my brother pull out his pride and joy, his CD collection. She rummages through all of them avoiding the fact that my brother will not go to sleep. YOu make one crack about my brother, you die. She knows he has epilepsy, she knows how much he loves his CDs, yet she stays up all night listening to them. Then, she goes and tells my dad that he's a drunkard. WTF?! My dad has not had a sip of alcohol in maybe 3 months. He's not a heavy drinker. He had some wine ONE night and she gives him a huge guilt trip. Who the FUCK does she think she is?! The one day I am happy(the day I get accepted into CSU) she tells me, "You know, that school is bad. Let me see your letter of acceptence" She says it in a tone as if to say, "You're too stupid for college."
I mostly hate the fact that she's treating my mother like a little child. She has no respect whatsoever. Just because she went to MIT she has this high and mighty attitude. She comes to tell me that I LISTEN TO WEIRD MUSIC. Right, I tell her that I don't listen to mainstream music. She tells me everyone does it so why shouldn't I? She's such a fuggin lemming. She dresses like everyone else and disregards her Korean heritage. Then she had the nerve to tell me I'm a bad driver. This after she tells me that some guy hit her car(with his hand) after his "stupid" kid ran in front of her and was "mad at her for no reason."
