I still wish Lindsay Lohan was back to her old self. Damn i remember way back when, my sisters were watching some movie with 2 of her in it... then a couple years later i look at her and im like, "Wow she got hot!".

While he is a former president, you don't refer to him as Former President Clinton. His official title even after death is President Clinton. Once you gain the title of President, you always retain it and it doesn't change even if you are not the current office-holding president. It's not a functioning title, it's just a respectful title.
