Unfortunately being able to feel great pleasure and joy involves a tradeoff,sometimes we must also feel great pain. In the end the tradeoff is usually more than worth it.

Take a deep breath and just let it wash over you like the tide, then get yourself some music, a book, your favorite blanket or food
and just comfort yourself, like a storm it'll soon blow over
