There is a huge difference between no fat, low fat, and a regular person's diet. You seem to imply low fat = no fat. You need ~30% of your calories from fat. That is low compared to most diets now.

I get about 30%. I agree with that. I do not consider that low.

When I read low, I thought of obese women looking at frozen dinners with a big "ONLY 2g of FAT" on it.

Another big problem with the test is that it never asks which types of fats.

I got "91 years or more", but I need to gain 7 pounds to live that long, lol.

I got 93. I went back and put that i smoked marijuana once a week and it dropped my life expectancy 10 years. ROFL wtf.

I'm 28 and it says I will live until the ripe old age of 87

And most ATOT'ers are still too young to drink so the results are flawed.

lol, 68. But thats because my mom died from brain cancer, her sister had a tumor, my grandfather has diabetes, the other one died of lung cancer...jeez. Oh yeah, I drink and I smoke cigs and pot.

85.

I weigh 149 and should weigh 164. I don't think i'll make the effort to gain that.

My biggest negative factor is Gender. I don't think i'll make the effort to change that either.

My HDL is on the low side (39), my total cholesterol is on the high side (218) and my triglycerides are way on the high side (419).

Yeah, I'm fvkced 🙁

I got 85, and I'm 14 now. Probably because I just said I completed high school, which I'm still in. Maybe after I finish college I'll get a higher rating, but to tell you the truth I'm pretty happy with it.

My mom took the test and got 93, it's not fair 🙁
