Do you have a license and no car?

If no car, why?

I don't mainly cuz I can't make up my mind right now.

I have both a license and a car; I'm 20. A friend of mine has neither, he's 19.

My mom has never gotten a license or a car, and she's 44. :Q

I have a car, but no license.

Yes, I take public transportation.

Edit: Oh, and I'm almost 24. 😱

Since my Oregon ID expires in April, I'm going to have to get my license then. My girlfriend is also going to be getting her permit/license, so it's nice that it all coincides.
 
I have no car, and I have no license.

I'm 14--in California I cannot get a learner's permit until I am 15 1/2. I will inherit either a 1998 Buick Regal (V6, but it's the non-supercharged) or a 2002 Dodge Neon.
 
31, license, no car. Having a car is a PITA in New York. Although the MTA is working hard at making the subway worse.

I had my drivers license at 17,no restrictions.2 weeks after turning 17.

I owned my first "car" at 17,while a senior in high school.
It was a 10 year old Chevy 1/2 ton pickup,with a camper cap on the back.

That was kool at the drive in movies. 😉

This is something I don't want to get into. Anyone who knows me knows that this is a very enfuriating subject for me right now.
 
27, license, no car! I had a car, but I have moved into Philly, and you just don't need a car really...although I am tempted to get a motorcycle again, cause parking would be just that much easier!

yeah i want to get a motorcycle too! and i'll be up in philly for the enxt 5-7 years, going to drexel for college😎
 
😀I got my learner's permit at age 15 1/2 and my license as soon as legally possible. That was many years ago...More than I'd care to admit anyway.
 
I've had a license since i was 16, but i cannot afford insurance/gas/upkeep for a car.
 
I paid for my first car all by myself in cash $1,800 for a 1985 Isuzu I-Mark at the age of 17.

Nope this was during my pre-Hot Deals era. The car blue booked for $2,500 but it was a family friend who sold it to me. The first year of driving I easily put 30,000 miles on it.

Ah to be 17 again *wipes away the tears*
 
16 right now, got my driver's license in October.

No car yet, but planning on getting a Mazda 3 next year, or a Scion tC (if it ever comes to Canada)

I turned 16 about 2 months ago...2 months to go until I get my license, what I will be driving is what is now my dad's truck, going to buy it off him 😎
 
I've had my license for 5 years, bought my first car, 95 Cirrus, in the fall of 2003, then my 02 intrepid last december.
