How soon will all the resident circle jerk libs come out and once again try to repeat the lie that the media is not liberal?

This is typical of the liberal playbook, change the language, control the debate. They're not illegal immigrants, just undocumented. They just lost their papers as they were crossing the borders. We should just hug the undocumented, give them some welfare because they are poor and hungry. some free housing too. They didn't do anything wrong according to the news.

And this is why I have no respect for them. They will do what it takes to get their agenda through. There nothing but a bunch of cowards.

No matter what they're called, both establishment parties love them. Democrats because they see a vast new potential voting pool, Republicans because they see laborers they can hire instead of the current Democratic voting pool.

And personally I agree with them - I'd gladly accept millions of "undocumented workers" since IMHO they would be better voters and workers than our existing stock of inner city thug ghetto dwellers.

I agree with this move. The term illegal immigrants is too easy too confuse with legal immigrants.

From now on I will refer to "illegal immigrants" as "illegal foreign invaders".

From the article:
"The Stylebook no longer sanctions the term 'illegal immigrant' or the use of 'illegal' to describe a person. Instead, it tells users that 'illegal' should describe only an action, such as living in or immigrating to a country illegally," Carroll wrote.

What the hell are those ILLEGALS doing in the US? Aren't they living/immigrating in/to the US ILLEGALLY?

So is it also no longer acceptable to say that a person is a criminal? And instead we should say they are engaged in criminal actions?

A thread you don't like. A thread you disagree with. So you start spamming your troll bullshit.

This is a perfectly reasonable thread about the national media deliberately limiting free speech for political purposes.

Agree. This is the problem with liberal scum. They dont tolerate opposition to their views so they shut them down. They are pathetic

You're no better. You do more harm to libertarianism and fiscal conservatism than all the liberals in the US ever could.

On a side note, the word troll is also being dropped due to its constant abuse and misuse. It has been found that it is misused whenever there is disagreement with someone's original statement and not because they are actually using inflammatory or off topic speech solely to invoke a response.

This is obviously part of the agenda, change the language used to describe something to reframe the issue. When you talk about "undocumented", it sounds like it's something that can be easily cleared up by just finding some docs. That way it sounds much more benign.

Another sickening example of the leftist media, but yet idiots would have us believe the media is not liberal.

Why do you care about what they want you to believe?

Why does anyone care what anyone else believes? I care because the inability of the average person to see the leftist media agenda for what it is causes us as a nation to pursue dumb policies.

http://blog.ap.org/2013/04/02/illegal-immigrant-no-more/

illegal immigration Entering or residing in a country in violation of civil or criminal law. Except in direct quotes essential to the story, use illegal only to refer to an action, not a person: illegal immigration, but not illegal immigrant. Acceptable variations include living in or entering a country illegally or without legal permission.

Except in direct quotations, do not use the terms illegal alien, an illegal, illegals or undocumented.

Do not describe people as violating immigration laws without attribution.

Sorry, undocumented is out as well now its just:

Acceptable variations include living in or entering a country illegally or without legal permission.

What a clusterfuck of a news service.

How? If I see people advocating for big government then yes I will call them out. And since when does one person represent a whole group of people like this?

You think Chicago is bad? Inner City "thug ghetto dweller" violence pales in comparison to Mexico's violence.
