You need to be more specific than that.
You can get a hinge that softcloses, or you can get a damper.
There are pneumatic and hydraulic.
I would recommend pneumatic, as hydraulic ones can go bad and start leaking oil eventually.

With drawer slides, there are so many softclose options.
Are you looking for undermount or sidemount slides?
