Watched a good part of the debate, my takeaway is:
- If one actually Believes whatever manufactured and calculated rehearsed talking points come out of Billary's mouth at this point, she certainly was more Politician sounding. Of course, for someone who is a long practiced Establishment Politician, she should be. Completely expected, nothing new from Billary.
- Trump, obviously, was Trump. Thought he could have been more prepared, somewhat less generalities, more specifics. Large miss on e-mail, jumbled "stamina" with reiteration of "stamina", instead of just throwing all the recent press of Billary collapsing and coming up with weak excuse of pneumonia. Really thought he should have worked in the untrustable angle more. Also misses for younger people (Bernie generation which expects everything to be fairy farts and "free") and minorities. If I was him I'd have made a direct statement to them telling them in Trump version "I feel your pain and I will work to not only make this a country of law and order but less dog eat world for you".
Not sure I'd 'give' the debate to either of them, although if I had to pick, I'd swing it to Billary only from the sheeple perspective...that they'd actually have any inclination to believe, well, anything Billary says means whichever fools actually would do that would likely be more wooed by her rather than him.
Was not a disaster for Trump but certainly not a win. If he cannot step it up to another level and start hitting on young and minority issues he's 110% certain going to fail.
