They didn't lock his thread mocking me. If they lock this one, they are going to get quite a nasty email about it. The mods should let this one stand also.

Do you think I should take his 30:1 odds? ROFL that would leave him broke no doubt.

uhmm.. I think the 30-1 odds were in his favor, not yours. It would leave you broke if the nets won (not that I think that would happen).

He's the same guy who quit replying in the NBA thread because I told him he was being stupid for saying MJ wasn't the best player ever because the NBA didn't change rules for him. He kept talking about Wilt. It was funny cause he was calling MJ a ball hog, yet the fool doesn't realize that Wilt scored 100 points in the game and averaged 50 points in one season, but he wasn't a ballhog, cause LeeTJ says so. He also doesn't realize that Wilt was during the time of no 7 footers and when the league was just coming about. They also didnt have a 3 point line fool. MJ played in the era of 40+ years of the league where the rules were set already. There was no room for adaption.

Check please. I hear squeaking in my room. Damn mice.

Haha nice. Wilt was a good player but it's easy when you stand a foot taller than almost anyone else in the league. MJ didn't have any athletic abilities that set him apart from everyone else. He was good enough to keep elevating his game while the rest of the league schemed new ways to defend him.

What is most telling about MJ is when he left Chicago and they stopped winning championships. When he came back they resumed :)

Not just that, but they resumed with a new Point Guard (From Armstrong to Kerr), Center ( From Cartwright to Longley), Forward (From Grant to Rodman). Only Scottie was from the 1st 3 championships.

San Antonio will definitely win! ANything can happen, but c'mon, there's being realistic too. New Jersey has Kidd, fine, but you can't beat San Antonio. Anyone beating out Shaq and Kobe win the Championship.

I concure, but I think the Lakers basically sucked this year. No heart. They gave up way too easy. San Antonio on the other hand are warriors this year and I can't see NJ standing in their way. Robinson should and will go out a champion like he should. Too nice of a guy.

NJ has some good players. Kidd is greatness. But no team from the East is as good as the top Western teams. Whoever wins the WCF is going to win the championship.

Even Minnesota and Portland could be NJ in the finals. Too bad they had to face some competition though.

I rate the top teams this way. This is assuming all healthy players (which we haven't had in the playoffs).

Kings
Spurs
Mavericks
Lakers
Nets
Blazers
Pistons
Timberwolves
Suns
Hornets
Jazz

Well

since i just found out about this thread and Since i did reply to his challenge, i have no idea WTF you morons are posting about.

He claimed that NJ had NO chance, as in ZERO chance, hence me giving him 30:1 odds is MORE than fair as 30:1 is INFINITELY better than NO CHANCE.

So unless you morons have something more pertinent to say STFU.

sheesh, i don't know why i'm dealing with ignoramuses like you.

Once again, i've only said it like 5 different times, YOU MADE THE CLAIM THAT NJ HAD ZERO CHANCE, compared to ZERO CHANCE 30:1 is pretty good odds. Take it or leave it you gutless wonder.

I've never claimed ANYWHERE that NJ had even BETTER than even odds chance at winning, I Have said that NJ is better than most people assume they are. GOING from ZERO chance to 30:1 odds is a HUGE jump, but i guess people like you can't see the difference.

oh you poor soul, i didn't realize i had such an impact on your life that you remembered me from former posts. :)

btw, WYVRN in that thread i mentioned 5 centers that played during Wilts Career that were 6'9" and above. 4 were 6'10", so to make a statement like he stands 1 foot above just shows your total lack of knowledge of the game of basketball.
