You haven't, but I see what you are saying. You said to not count the Nets out. That is due to home team bias and the fact that they are a good team. To count any team out in a finals series is just stupid. If a team got to the finals, they are good.

IF NJ indeed has NO chance then it would seem to me that 30:1 is not unreasonable, but Wyvrn unfortunately is unable to reason that far. he keeps going under this delusion that i've gone around claiming that Spurs/Mavs have NO chance vs NJ. he keeps wanting me to bet him 1:1, why should i do that?? i'm not stupid and i'm not stupid enough to claim that Spurs/Mavs have NO CHANCE.

If NJ wins, I will apologize to you for insulting you and acknowledge your superior basketball knowledge, as well as give you the $25 paypal. Player injuries do not affect the bet. And, if the Mavs win the WCF and then face NJ in the finals, this bet is null and void (IE: we can make a new one if you like). Fair?

let's see according to a link in the other thread from another poster, Vegas is giving NJ 7:1 odds. so apparently Vegas thinks WAY better of NJ's chances than you do.
btw, it's not a FAIR bet going 1:1 as you claim because as i've admited from wayy back, NJ is the underdog.
