i know as you get older its harder to learn languages..

im planning to take class twice a week for 3 hrs each day to try and communicate with the frogs..

i know this isnt as hard as japanese but harder than say .. spanish?

slightly harder than spanish but not much, in college I took French and Latin at the same time and it wasn't too bad.

Did you make an almost identical post, but have Spanish in the place of French? 😕 this is oddly familiar.

american girls fall for any accent, quite funny.

French is just hard to learn through taking courses on it. Your best bet is to submerse yourself in a french culture for about 2 weeks... you'll come back fluent without having to memorize stupid rules / words you won't ever have to know in a million years.

more like 2 years.

I didn't say mastering it Nik, but think about it. If you're forced to understand / speak the language for like... basic survival, then you're going to pick it up a lot faster than doing worksheet after worksheet on it, no?

Le Français, c'est ne pas difficile, oui? C'est tres bon, c'est vrai? Oui, oui.

(In the middle of his 4th year of French. I can now read movie reviews properly, but I can't form sentences for poop.)

French isn't hard as long as you have a good teacher. For me French was painfully hard 😛.

Lol I ended up sleeping with my French TA in college, was very educational.
