Yeah, this is another good sign.

GOP: We are going to sue the President!
Question: For what?
GOP: ,.. we'll get back to you!

A few weeks pass

Question: Got anything yet?
GOP: ,....

A few weeks pass

GOP: The President did not deliver in time ACA!
Question: Wait, you mean he is being sued for not delivery in time, the very thing you openly opposed and intentionally delayed?
GOP: Golfghazi.
:colbert:

And now, their is a switch in the lawyers.

Also, folks think the lawsuit was a bad idea to begin with; http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs...hy-suing-obama-could-backfire-on-republicans/

So, we have people wondering WTF this is all about (and still). People not agreeing with this. And now, they had to find new lawyers.

I am certainly NOT a politician. But, I have witnessed a considerable amount of corporate politics - and, this lawsuit will be the death of anyone's political career tied to FOR this lawsuit. It is a rickety and questionable campaign,.. and anything that starts off like this (with even just ONE element being weak) is already on the path to failure.

And, all though it certainly can not (and will not) be stopped by those who are driving it, they most definitely had more than enough opportunities to avoid this train wreck.

ACA may haunt Barry's legacy,.. but this lawsuit will overshadow most of the negativity associated with it.

Almost as ironic as demanding the ACA not be delayed, even letting the government get shut down over it. and then, oh ya, we need to delay the ACA.

They didn't delay the ACA. The employer mandate was one small and ultimately unnecessary part of the law.

Or, give 'em what they want & they howl even louder.

"Letting" the govt shut down? Really? Like that just happened out of the blue?

Oh, look! Why, the government, it just shut down! All on its own!

Conservatives live in an invented world with their own invented facts. In that world logic and reason do not apply. If they don't like what you do they will try you for heresy. These are delusional fanatics on the hunt for witches. We have seen this mass psychosis play out many times before in history, as in Salem and Germany. The defective mind is a dangerous thing when it couples with power.

It doesn't matter dude, people like Matt1970 will flip anything to criticize what they fear - regardless of how illogical it sounds.

Oh I get it, the mandates are key to the ACA working until Obama delays them and then they are ultimately unnecessary.

I am pretty sure I am not suing the president.

Yes, because that would require you to leave the compound and end up in a government building of sorts - which is a big No-No on many fronts.

So, you are just cheerleading the main man.

Nope. This has been explained to you repeatedly. The only mandate that is necessary for the ACA to work is the individual mandate. The employer mandate is not necessary and I don't think it should exist.

The individual mandate was delayed for zero days.

I never really thought of my little cape cod house in the suburbs of Syracuse as a compound. It's not really all that fortified. You can drive right up and knock on my door.

You are such a good little minion. Not too much Kool-Aid now or you will turn into the likes of bshole. The only reason the employer mandate is now not necessary is because the amount of people kicked off their insurance when the employer mandate is enforced is going to make the ones previously kicked off look like chump change.

This is another one of those cases where you're so clueless you don't even realize how clueless you are. What's even funnier is that you're clearly just parroting something you heard somewhere while accusing other people of doing the same thing.

Please explain why the employer mandate is necessary for the ACA to function. If you actually understood how the law works you wouldn't be saying something so silly.

I never said it was. Just pointing out how politically convenient it is to now think the employer mandate is not necessary.

There's no "thinking" the employer mandate is not necessary, it's not necessary. Additionally, I've always thought that. I'm quite sure if you look you can find posts of mine going back several years saying as much.

Unlike you, not everyone makes their opinions based on what is most politically convenient.

Heh.

"It's gonna Fail! It's gonna Fail!"

Whenever it doesn't, why, just repeat-

"It's gonna Fail! Hate-Um de Gubmint! Hate-Um Obama!"

Repubs greatest fear is that it'll be highly successful, exposing their blind ideological partisanship for what it is.

Premiums skyrocketing, people kicked of their plans and losing their doctor after being promised they could keep them. Still waiting for the success part to kick in.

We'll find out about that when we get there. If nothing happens when we do, you'll be proven correct.

I suspect that you are. Most sizeable employers , I suspect, will already be compliant when we do get there.

None of that ever happened before did it?

Millions have been insured & many millions more will be before it's over. Millions have better coverage. Skyrocketing premiums? Only in the right wing echo chamber-

http://kff.org/health-reform/press-...mark-aca-marketplace-insurance-plans-in-2015/

But sue the President for something, anything that promotes denial among the Faithful. We hate it! We don't want it! Implement it on schedule or we'll sue!

It's like watching a snake eat its own tail.

LOL, I am sure that cooled things off with the people who got kicked off their insurance as a direct result of the ACA. "hey, people have lost insurance before". I especially like you think people are "whining about "rising" healthcare insurance costs " when they were promised they would go down and haven't.

I take it you didn't even read what you linked to:

"Premiums for the second-lowest cost silver plan for individuals will fall by an average of 0.8 percent from current levels in these cities when open enrollment begins on Nov. 15, according to the study.

For bronze-level plans, which cover about 60 percent of enrollees’ health expenses on average, the analysis finds that the premium for the lowest-cost bronze option across the marketplaces is increasing an average of 3.3 percent in 2015.
"

So 60% (bronze plans)will see an increase on average of 3.3%. While silver plans which is less with see a 0.8% decrease and no mention of gold and platinum plans. How is that an average savings of $2500?
