This picture pretty much says it all about Boebert and Greene. It may have been taken during Biden's State of the Union address earlier this year if I'm not mistaken. The media seems to love putting this picture out there. Both of their mouths are only good for putting things into them since nothing of any merit ever comes out of them.

That doesn't necessarily immunize them from liability. Given that she is a public figure, the standard will be whether they knew or should have known that their source was feeding them false information. If I'm her attorney, I'd argue that the Melissa Carrone photo which their source provided to them could have been run through a reverse image search which in turn would have informed them it was not a pic of her and that they should be very suspicious of everything the source told them. And that would have taken them about one minute.

Doesn't immunize, just makes it very difficult. There's also the question as to whether the report actually damaged her already ... uh ... questionable reputation.

As far as the "Carone photo" ... still the only reference to that I can find is from Daily Mail, so not exactly airtight proof either.

Point is, her case isn't easy and is an uphill battle. Take that into account along with what would be an abomination of a discovery phase, you have to wonder if it's worth it.

As much as I don't care for this woman, I dislike even more people who do what this group has. So far they have decided that the following items in their "exposé" are wrong or misleading:

wrong in insisting a photo of another woman posing on a bed is a photo of Boebert.

wrong in claiming Boebert initially failed to disclose a campaign contribution from Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas

wrong in suggesting Cruz had made big contributions to Boebert's campaign immediately after she started running in her first primary,

wrong about the date of a Boebert vehicle accident

wrong in publishing a claim that Boebert had an abortion "in the fall of 2004". That maybe their "source had the date wrong."

And, as far as I can ascertain, the PAC has yet to provide any evidence of any of their other assertions. They may have some evidence or not. I have no idea.

OTOH, it is infinitely more offensive to suggest Harris only has her position as VP because of sexual favors. Kamala Harris has proven her accomplishments over and over again. On a completely separate note, I have proof that 2 years ago Lauren Boebert and Donald Trump were in a gangbang with Mohammed bin Salman doing Boebert while Trump took it from Putin with Mitch McConnell watching on and killing puppies since that's the only thing that gets him hard. I even have video evidence, I'll reveal it in two weeks to coincide with Trump releasing his healthcare plan.
