It's awesome how quick Liberals are to make any blatant sexually demeaning joke about women they don't like.

Shhhhhh! This is a unique court around here. They convict on allegation, no need for proof or any fact checking. IRL, they're nothing but a bunch of gossipy people with nothing better to do. Pathetic!

shit man, they voted for a guy who lied 30k times, couldn’t back up anything, and defended it with “many people are saying”.

R’s haven’t been into facts for a super long time, but they’ll never stop trying to control others behavior with the same ole routines

Oh you poor thing. Unable to tell the difference between people claiming definitely true vs really hoping it is true.

To be seen in the 2022-2023 Supreme Court docket:

I'd be willing to bet that this case or another will be featured soon and deservedly so.

If Thomas wants to jettison the actual malice standard to protect some right wing groups from "hate group" designation, he'd better be careful what he wishes for. Conservative media will drown in a sea of court judgments if that standard is eliminated.

Yes, well, no one is perfect. Yet we were already debunking this as nonsense starting from page one. If this thread was on a conservative forum and concerned a dem politician, it would go on as an infinite circle jerk with no one expressing the slightest bit of skepticism. Nor would Fox news have been the one to debunk it, as CNN did here. Nor would any of the circle jerkers stop believing it even with photographic proof to the contrary. I'd rather have to tolerate the occasional sexist joke than deal with people so out of touch with reality that they refuse to accept any facts not consistent with their preferred narrative.

Um, reading comprehension fail?

This was just decided, and ONLY Thomas dissented. It's not going to be seen again. And if it is, 8 out of 9 will still find the same way.

Coral Ridge is a fucking hate group. It wasn't even libelous. They outwardly hate gays.

I'm curious, what part of that article gives you hope in hate groups winning SLAPP lawsuits against hate watch groups? LOL

Oh, and this just came full circle with Chad winning SLAPP judgements against the Proud Boys and bankrupting Andy Ngo's propaganda website..

How to say you didn’t read the thread without saying you didn’t read the thread.

If you had actually read this thread you'd see that just about all of us are saying this is most likely bogus and should be left alone.

Small bit of progress (at least on the front of "Less diarrhea in the population"):

https://www.salon.com/2022/06/23/la...ndlord-cites-moral-imperative-report_partner/

edit: didn't see the original mention of this before I posted.

And it's gone:

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) has lost the lease on her gun-themed restaurant, Shooters.

The restaurant in Rifle, Colorado, known for pistol-toting servers and a 2017 diarrhea outbreak, shut down on Sunday, according to multiple reports.

Shot Down: Rep. Lauren Boebert's Gun-Themed Restaurant Closes In Colorado (yahoo.com)

Wait...there was some grifting involved? Say it ain't so!

...it’s also the focus for an investigation into whether the sitting congresswoman broke any laws by cashing in on mileage reimbursements from her own campaign. A complaint, filed by the head of an anti-Boebert political action committee, alleged the congresswoman used false mileage records to pay herself $22,000 as a way to offset a tax lien on Shooters.
