You keep cavorting with fascists like you do, people or going to assume you're one of them.
Oh he is, he is but he likes to pretend he isn't. Just like he's a retard who had an argument in which he said only the top 1% use deductions for taxes and apparently I'm a rich liberal just because I am in the 50-100k tax bracket and used a deduction.

The guy is so misinformed and full of bullshit, everytime I read his posts, its like watching SNL.

You can't operate a government without spending.
Clearly then your opinion is the result of using something more than half a brain. I thought he was just telling us how he came to have such an imbecilic opinion. :)

Yeah when I younger I strongly believe that taxes were theft and should be very limited to support very basic Government functions.

If I only I knew back then that I do now.

It's a pretty well know fact that as people become older (Translation: More intelligent. Paying taxes. Etc.) that they turn more right as they age. That will happen with millennials just like any other generation.

Anyone with half a brain knows that government spending is basically tossing cash into a burning inferno.
I believe that has been disproven, people tend to keep the same political believes all their lives.

as far as your brain, I don't think you have one, to have half a brain you'd have to have one.

Let’s say we feel impoverished inside and have had to fight tooth and nail for everything we get and have grown up in a competative and aggressive family that has enough in the way of sustinence, maybe inherited wealth, to properly equip and train us to do what it takes to defend it. We will grow up to fear weakness emotional attachment and empathy. We will grow up to do whatever it takes to be warriors for the self, emotionally crude, low class and insensitive.

Our greatest fear will be control, people, laws, regulations, insistence on fair play, being constrained in one’s actions by rules.

When people like that grow up to write science fiction, they will tell stories of a dystopian hell in which a benevolent AI won’t allow them to put themselves in any kind of danger and will replace any failing body part to keep them alive and beyond the reach of the paradise that awaits us in heaven. This the socialism they fear, a projection of the terror they experienced by having their sacred empathy and tenderness and shame beaten out of them as children.

They are not going to like anything that would show them this connection or that all of their terrors of socialism have already happened. They were socialized in a culture of sickness suffering the horrors of Stockholm syndrome marching in goose steps and in awe and worship of He who will keep them sick, the Great Leader, the God who crushed love and hope.

This battle was lost by conservatives millions of years ago when the first of our liberals left the safety of the trees and walked out onto the Savana to boldly go where none had gone before.

Socialism is what happens when you love life.

I don't know why it is that whenever I have the gall to tune into FOX or read one of Malkin's GOP Ministry of Propaganda talking points hit list columns or Limbaugh's right wingnut musings I get the feeling like I'm listening to a bunch of cornered rats hissing and spitting at their tormentors.

Same here. I was raised a religious conservative, and this was pretty much the sentiment. taxes are theft, and also theft from the church, since you were supposed to give them 10% of your income.

We all know that Socialists aren't Nazis. They just act like Nazis when you don't agree with them.
Socialists march and kill people? Careful your insanity is showing.

You're confusing socialists with right wing fascists who bomb mosques, engage in mass shootings, and run people over at protests.

Volkswagen???? It was literally the peoples car and owned and run by the Nazi state until after the war. There are other examples of nazi state confiscation of private property and business. Often times racially based. Other times when it suited the Reichs financial or war interests. And if they didnt outright steal the business\private property. They controlled it via regulation, quotas, and state management.
Crony capitalism.

"To help Hitler keep his promise to have every German capable of owning an affordable car (Volkswagen—the People’s Car) the DAF subsidized the construction of an automobile factory."

Funny, you describing yourselves?
Ya know what's ironic? One of the hallmarks of fascism is the dehumanizing of your opposition or political/racial boogeymen.

The NPC meme is a textbook example of dehumanization of one's opposition.

You're too fucking stupid to realize you've become a fucking caricature of a fascist.

Shhhh... don't go giving them facts on reality. They don't like that.

Keep letting them live blissfully into thinking that nazis were all about that EVIL CAPITALISM PATRIARCHY! They are all FAR RIGHT and definitely weren't in favor of government control....
uh, those aren't facts. It's a comment that represents a cursory, completely incurious understanding of the Nazi party and its rise to power. It is bold ignorance.

literacy is a thing to be proud of; not something to disparage.

lol, no it's not. This is you confusing "a fact" with an untested idiom.

Stop saying things that sound laughably stupid.

I will agree with the second point, sorta: whenever GOP administrations are in power, they absolutely do spend until the country is tits up and at least 90% of the country is worse off because of it. Democrats never do that. In fact, they always balance budgets and leave surpluses, They actually institute policy that legitimately pays for itself (hello, ACA). Weird how that always happens. Always.

Like Bill Clinton's "surplus"?
