Five egg omelet sounds huge for a late night snack.

I eat quite a bit of food every day.

What size eggs did you use? I looked at the pic and it doesn't seem that much larger than the 2-3 egg ones we make.

Large I believe, it spans the entire dinner plate.

MMmmmm, sounds so good!
My favorite: cook an extra 4 or 5 ounces of ribeye or NY strip steak. Next morning 5 or 6 egg omelet (fresh eggs, straight from the barn), with steak and cheese.

There's no cholesterol in my chicken's food, so naturally there must not be cholesterol in the eggs. 😛 (My cholesterol has been checked and is excellent.)

if you like onions chop up 1/8th of an extra large onion (1/4 a medium) really finely (like you would for marinara sauce) and add it when you are beating your eggs it adds so much flavor to it makes them unbelievable

sometimes I'll make that and just eat it without any other toppings its so good

Basically, you fried a bunch of embryos and ate em.
I don't think that is correct. The eggs you get from the grocery store are almost always unfertilized.

Yeah, trying to get 5000+ quality calories every day is actually pretty difficult, at least for me. That last meal before bed is a must.

Just cooked a chicken breast on the george foreman. A little bit of garlic and pepper, then tobasco and chipotle sweet baby rays bbq sauce on top. Coupled with a big bowl of corn, and a colby jack quesadilla 🙂

Too much sodium, but I'll live.
