I make certain to get a big calorie intake before bed too. Usually a skim milk protein shake with a little Ovaltine and a a few slices of whole grain toast with natty PB and a banana, or Tuna salad. Consequently I'm managing to push 250-255 for the first time. How about you TB, what are you tipping the scales at now?

My favorite is probably making two omelets each made with 5 eggs with mozzarella, cheddar, steak, peppers, onion, tomato, and bacon! Perfect breakfast or lunch.
