Do you have some notes you can take in, to help defend yourself? Also, think about a few things to say if they spring the dreaded question, "Given all of this, can you give even a single reason why we should keep you on here?" :p

Altho, with firings, they tend to spring them on you when you aren't expecting it*. So I'd say this is more likely to be a formal warning.



*speaking from my own experiences :D
