I can empathize with balding guys, but this thing sounds like another "miracle cure" that doesn't work. I sure as hell wouldn't drop $550 on one if I were balding.

I called them today and got a RMA number for a refund.

They were pretty nice, but the guy I ended up talking to tried talking me into keeping it an additional 8 weeks. He sounded disappointed when I said I wanted to return anyways.

I'm shipping it out today, I'll let you know how quickly they give me back my money minus the 15% restocking fee.
