If the Palestinians in Gaza choose to not want to live under Israel control and are "committed" to the destruction of Israel, then why should Israel tolerate an enemy who is in a declared state of war to exist within an area that they control.
There is a difference between Syria, that is in a declared state of war, but not actively pursuing it vs. the Palestinians in Gaza that choose to wage war.

True, that their is a different between Syria & Palestine in this situation. But, Syrians have the right to self determination under their own law, while Palestinians constantly are subject to be under Israelis suppression and watch their farms/homes burnt/stolen.

Plus Syrians get paid a wage wehter they have a job or not. Palestinians for the most part cant find work because the jobs a pretty much controlled by the jews. I hope that some rich Arabic nation would take all the Palestinians and all the Gaza residents, into their country and cut off all relations with isreal. I also wish the Arab oil countries would not sell oil to isreal. They'd go back to the stone-age overnight. but the US and other control-freak countries would stick their nose in were it doesnt belong, as usual.

Palestinians can't find works because the borders are closed because Israel closed them BECAUSE it doesn't want to let terrorists in. Better?

Arab countries for a while now understood how things work. It's the dumb, uneducated folks on the street who call for Israel's demise, but the Arab leaderships get along quite well with Israel (see Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Gulf countries, etc).

Saudi Arabia is wealthy. If they wanted to go to war with Israel they could buy up an army that would match Israeli's army. Add The massive army of Egypt and throw in UAE/Kuwait/Qatar and the Arabs would have a massive force.

What would have happened had the Arabs succeeded in defeating Israel? They would have fought amongst themselves over who would have controlled Jerusalem. They wouldn't have shared it.
