The French don't give up trying to tear this guy down. Article in French, and in Spanish. Someone else find an English version.
Anyhow, I don't believe this crap for one second.

Gee sorry. I did my duty and searched. Maybe I just looked for EPO and not Lance? Bah.
The anonymity thing plus the vagaries regarding the handling of these samples the last 6 years means this is basically a pile of crap.Originally posted by: GimpyOne
ESPN has an overview of what is going on, I guess take it with a grain of salt as always.
Lance uses EPO?
The main problem is that the tests back then were anonymous. They have a 6 digit number on the vials indicating that one of the riders tested positive. They found some paper work somewhere else that shows the same number on medical documents with Lance's name. But there is no direct proof that the two numbers are for the same thing, or that they mean those samples are his.
So there some speculation. There is also the issue of whether the samples were still any good after hanging around for so many years in a freezer. Additionally, the paper writing the article is owned by the same company running the Tour. So who knows, a lot getting thrown around.
Additionally, due to the anonymity of the testing, the lab turned over the results on the condition that they would not be used in any proceedings.
