How hard is it to host a LAN PARTY? I would like it to be 80-150 people. I know where to get space. (Centry II Expo HAll!!!)

How do you get the game you are playing to the people playing??

you need cat-5e cables, hubs and/or switches, and power is a serious issue. unless you can rent out a LAN center, you need a good building with sufficient power for that many people. and as long as you advertise properly, people will come. hand out flyers, put up ads on the internet, post it on forums, etc. etc.

You tell them to buy the games. You also might want to start a little smaller. I been hosting 32 and 48 man partys and it is a ton of work.
