Well, first off, I don't consider people that spend all their time in front of a computer a dork. Those are geeks. As far as I'm concerned, there's a big difference between a nerd, a geek, and a dork. There's nothing wrong with being a geek sometimes; I think most of us on these forums are geeks, but we may not all be nerds or whatnot. That being said, no, I don't think LAN parties (or any sort of gaming get-together) are big dorkfests. There's no difference really between some friends getting together one night and staying up playing computer games versus some friends getting together and playing PS2 all night.
