Hi,
I recently assembled a desktop rig with WinXP sp3 32-bit. I noticed that the Local Area Connection icon (bottom right of sys tray) shows that I'm connected at 10.0 Mbps.
On my laptop using Vista Home Premium 32-bit it shows I'm connected at 100Mbps (using the same cables)
I'm using the same ISP.
Any ideas why this is? Will this affect my speed at all (d/l , u/l or gaming?)
Thanks.
