We already tried to get him to change the thread title before but it ended up with an equally poor thread title. Who knows what we will get this time around.

Can't find a way to change title from mobile. New title will be "lack of power simulateing graphics drivers destabilizing CPU overclock?" Once I'm able to use a computer

I'm not sure why it should be the job of the GPU drivers to simulate the amount of power required. I would say it's just something you overlooked when you changed cards.

proably the over look of the power requirements from a 560ti to a 7990
