Oh Jeezus, I don't need to hear this. I've been running my miners, in like 90F+ heat here in the Northeast, and yes, it gets fuqing hot in here sometimes. Due to power concerns, I don't usually run the A/C unless I have to, in which case, I shut down all but my main two miners.
Ahh, the virtues of "being poor".
Edit: I was and am drinking plenty of Gatorade (mixed from powder), as well as water, and some Stars and Stripes Cola from Dollar Tree, with plenty of ice (I installed an additional shelf in my freezer, and four more ice-cube trays, though I haven't needed all 8 at one time, thankfully.
I've been running the A/C the last few days, and while it does get kind of warm in here, it's fairly bearable.
But for a while last month, I just had the windows open, the A/C just running the fan. I do have an exhaust fan directly behind my mining server, which is exhausting into that fan. I've had to take my shirt off, and sweating like a pig. I am fairly aware of heat-stroke, and somewhat concerned about it. Hence I do normally drink a lot.
However, I DO suddenly "fall asleep" in my chair in the computer room. Then wake up a few hours (or maybe 30 minutes) later, and continue where I left off. Maybe my brain is shutting down. :|
