I am in the hunt for some good MRP that i can use twice a day.

2 I have been eying up are the following. (not ordering here. Just providing nutrition facts)

Labrada Lean Body Carb Watcher ($65 42/pk)
Labrada

EAS Myplex Carb Sense ($28 20/pk)
EAS

I am ordering from quality website and its tough to choose between both as they both offer excellant deals.

If I order the Labrada, I will get 2 boxes (84pks) for $130 shipped

There is also a $25 off $125 on EAS products there so if I order 5 boxes of EAS Myplex, it will cost around $100 shipped and give me 100 pks.

What are your thoughts on this?

I have the Lean Body Carb Watcher in chocolate peanut butter. Tastes good and mixes well in a shaker. I haven't had any digestion issues with it, which I've had with some other MRP's.

Doing the math, you're looking at about 25 grams of protein per dollar with either brand (nice deal on the EAS coupon). So flip a coin!

MRP's are a waste of money. Make your own. Nuke a potato the night before and add some cottage cheese. There you have the best protein and carbs have to offer. Then throw in a tbl of extra virgin olive oil. Best of all, all of the aformentioned is easy to transport. I once did a total body transformation, going from 155lbs to 205lbs at six foot one inches in height. I never wasted my money on any supplements. And no, creatine did not work for me, that too was a waste of money. The stuff I used were the same things anyone could buy at a supermarket.

Just to let you know, potatoes really aren't that good for you since they aren't very nutrient dense and they have a high GI. Cottage cheese is, but it is pretty high in fat if you're looking to get straight protein.
