You listened to the audio? I don't recall him saying "black culture" even once. I do recall him saying "black people" over and over.
I had _no_ idea when I posted this that there would be as many people here as there apparently are who think there is a substantive difference between racism and not wanting to be seen "with black people."
That's nuts. It's just, simply, fucking, nuts.
Watch the first two minutes, he says culture like 5 times when talking about his culture and how other cultures perceive others.

Voluntary self segregation is something that's in the majority of human beings. Like the scientific study I quoted earlier, social cohesion and diversity cannot coexist at the same time and more studies are showing this phenomena. Take a look at major cities like NY and Philly, which have an Italian, Irish, Black, Jewish, and Asian areas. Look at your cafeteria. Who did you sit with in cafeteria while growing up in school, people like you or unlike you? Voluntary "racism" is everywhere but nobody wants to talk about the elephant in the room. There is nothing "simply fucking nuts" about cultures not wanting to associate with other ones, it's been happening for millenia.
