He's not losing his team. Only 2 of the other owners have publicly called for him to be forced to sell, while several others are fundamentally opposed to the concept of forcing an owner to sell. If I were an owner, I'd be saying he be forced to sell publicly as well, seeing as how the actual vote will be internal and secret. There's nothing but good publicity to be had by piling on.
As I predicted earlier in the thread, nothing to seriously wound someone of his wealth. He continues to own the team and reap the profits.

I agree. The team should be taken from him without any compensation whatsoever. He should not be allowed to profit to the tune of 1/2 billion dollars of capital appreciation on the backs of black basketball players. The money from the sale of the team should be split amongst the players responsible for the capital appreciation of the basketball franchise and the black tenants who were victimized by this pig's racist policies.

Also I bet allowing all the players the jointly negotiate the sale of the team would go over great. Ditto on divvying the proceeds from the sale. And who would want to buy such a team? It sounds like in your fantasy land, the players would become the owners in a socialistic fairy tale. I guess then there'd be more than one black owner in the league.
