Nobody said anything about something being "less bad", only that it is ignorant to ignore that fact that many people in the US illegally did not sneak across the border. They came here legitimately and then decided to overstay their visas.

Regarding sharia courts, no, there are no legal sharia courts, there are no legal catholic courts either but just like the Catholic church in the US the Catholic church or a makeshift court using sharia law can guide participants IF THEY AGREE. It's basically counceling.

I think the world court should ban the US from calling any party liberals because a party that is ACTUALLY for individual liberty (classical liberalism) has never existed in action and the ones to proclaim it the most (tea party) are those who want to support it the least in action.

I can't think of another western nation that doesn't have an actual liberal party...

There is one in every western nation i know of except for the US.

In England they are part of the ruling government, liberals and conservatives (listens for the pops of Americans brains when they get that it's actually true, liberals and conservatives are ruling England together).

The US don't have any real conservatives either and England do not have social conservatives, neither does the rest of Europe apart from the communist parties which are social conservative christians, the lot of them.

It doesn't say that, it just says that if you are not willing to share your wealth until you starve yourself you are going to hell.
