Went a bit high in fat today. Tomorrow will be my last day before my refeed and a short diet break before I continue with the PSMF.
 
I haven't really updated in a while, but now I'm back to dieting until I reach my goal. I plan to just follow a moderate diet from here on out. A PSMF every once and a while is alright, but past one cycle it gets extremely difficult to stick to.

Can't say I'm a fan of your PSMF/EC stack diet (just not something I would personally do), but there are no arguments that your cut is going well. Still a relatively thin dude I suppose, but that definition is looking good. What are you weighing in at now? Sub 190? Looking good.
